At Pieces, we offer a 14-day return window, which means you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition upon receipt
  • Unused and unworn
  • With its original tag attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:
Returned items will only be accepted after prior coordination via email. Any return sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item (after approval), then place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
